This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the NetPolice Info site (hereinafter referred to as the Site) located on the domain name (and its subdomains) can receive about the User who is using the site (as well as its subdomains), its programs and its products.

1. The Definition of Terms 1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy: 1.1.1. “Administration of the site” (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) means employees authorized to manage the NetPolice Info site, acting on behalf of the limited liability company “Center for Analysis of Internet Resources”, who organize and (or) conduct processing of personal data, define aims of personal data processing, the structure of the personal data to be processed, the actions (operations) performed with personal data. 1.1.2. “Personal data” means any information relating to identified (directly or indirectly) or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). 1.1.3. “Personal data processing” means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed on personal data, whether by automated means or not, such as collection, recording, structuring, accumulation, storage, enhancing (updating, alteration), extraction, use, transmission (dissemination, delivering, access), depersonalization, blocking, restriction, erasure or destruction of personal data. 1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” is a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has access to personal data to prevent its dissemination without the consent of the data subject, or without other legal grounds. 1.1.5. The “NetPolice Info Site” is a collection of linked web pages located on the Internet at a unique URL (URL):, as well as its subdomains. 1.1.6. “Subdomains” are web pages, or a set of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the NetPolice Info site, as well as other temporary pages, containing the contact information of the Administration at the bottom. 1.1.7. “NetPolice Info Site User” (the “User”) is a person who has access to the NetPolice Info site through the Internet and uses the information, materials and products on the NetPolice Info site. 1.1.8. “A Cookie” is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user’s computer. The web client or web browser sends a Cookie to the web server each time in an HTTP request when the User tries to open the page of the corresponding site. 1.1.9. “IP address” is a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses the Site. 1.1.10. “Product” is a product that the User orders on the site and buys through payment systems.

2. General Provisions 2.1. Use of the NetPolice Info website by the User means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of the processing of the User’s personal data. 2.2. Any other personal information not specified above (the history of visits, browsers, operating systems, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-distribution, except for the provisions in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

4. The Objectives of Collecting the User’s Personal Information 4.1. The User’s personal data can be used by the Administration for the following purposes: 4.1.1. to identify the User registered on the NetPolice Info site for further authorization, placing orders and other activities. 4.1.2. to provide the User with access to the personalized data on the NetPolice Info site. 4.1.3. to establish feedback with the User, including sending notifications or requests relating to the use of the NetPolice Info site, delivering services and processing requests and applications from the User. 4.1.4. to identify the location of the User for security and fraud prevention. 4.1.5. to confirm the authenticity and completeness of the personal data provided by the User. 4.1.6. to create an account to use some parts of the NetPolice Info site. 4.1.7. to send e-mail notifications to the User. 4.1.8. to provide the User with effective technical support in case of problems with the use of the NetPolice Info site. 4.1.9. to deliver special offers, information on prices, newsletters and other information on behalf of the NetPolice Info site (in case of the User’s consent). 4.1.10. to conduct advertising activities in case of the User’s consent.

5. The Methods and Terms of Personal Information Processing 5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including personal data information systems using automation tools or without them. 5.2. The User agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, email service providers, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the NetPolice Info website, including the delivery of e-mail and SMS messages. 5.3. The personal data of the User can be transferred to the authorized bodies of the government of the Russian Federation only in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 5.4. In case of the loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration has the right not to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data. 5.5. The Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from an unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties. 5.6. The Administration together with the User take all necessary measures to prevent material losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. The Rights and Obligations of the Parties 6.1. The user has the right to: 6.1.1. Make a free decision to provide the User’s personal data necessary to use the NetPolice Info site and the consent to the data processing. 6.1.2. Update or complete information about personal data in case of changing this information. 6.1.3. Receive information from the Administration concerning the processing of his/her personal data, if such a right is not restricted in accordance with the federal laws. The User has the right to ask the Administration to update, block or destroy his/her personal data in the event the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the declared purpose of processing, and to take legal measures to protect the User’s rights. 6.2. The administration is obliged to: 6.2.1. Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy. 6.2.2. Ensure that the confidential information is kept secret, and that the User’s personal data are not disclosed, sold, exchanged or disclosed by other ways, except for clauses 5.2 and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy. 6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect such information in usual business practice. 6.2.4. To block personal data relating to the User from the moment of the request of the User, or his legal representative, or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of data subjects for the verification period, in case of revealing unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

7. Responsibility of the Parties 7.1. The administration that has not fulfilled its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the User due to the misuse of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases described in clauses 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy. 7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration is not liable if this confidential information: 7.2.1. Became public property before its loss or disclosure. 7.2.2. If it had been received from a third party before it was received by the Administration. 7.2.3. If it was disclosed at the consent of the User. 7.3. The User is fully responsible for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including, but not limited to, advertising laws, the protection of copyright and related rights, the protection of trademarks and service marks with full responsibility for the content and form of materials. 7.4. The User acknowledges that the responsibility for any information that can be accessed as the part of the NetPolice Info site (including but not limited to: data files, texts, etc.) lies with the person who has provided such information. 7.5. The User agrees that the information provided to him/her as the part of the NetPolice Info site may be the object of intellectual property, the rights to which are protected and owned by other Users, partners or advertisers who publish such information on the NetPolice Info website. The User has no right to make changes, lease, transfer, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works on the basis of such Content (in whole or in part), unless such actions have been expressly authorized in writing by the owners of such Content in accordance with terms of a separate agreement. 7.6. Distribution of text materials (articles, publications that are freely available on the NetPolice Info website) is allowed provided that a link to the Site is given. 7.7. The Administration shall not be liable to the User for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the removal, malfunction or inability to preserve any Content and other communication data contained on or transmitted through the NetPolice Info website. 7.8. Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by: the use or inability to use the site, or particular services; an unauthorized access to the User’s communications; statements or behavior of any third party on the site. 7.9. The Administration is not responsible for any information posted by the User on the NetPolice Info site, including, but not limited to: copyrighted information, without the express consent of the copyright owner.

8. Dispute Settlement 8.1. Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to present a claim (a written proposal or an offer in the electronic form on the voluntary settlement of the dispute). 8.2. The receiver of the claim notifies the applicant of the claim about the results of the examination of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, in writing or in the electronic form. 8.3. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the Moscow Arbitration Court. 8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.

9. Additional Provisions 9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User. 9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the NetPolice Info website, unless otherwise provided for in the new edition of the Privacy Policy. 9.3.
